Tone and Torch workouts are 30 minutes of
high intensity work followed by low intense work or resting periods. Our workouts will get any woman to whatever goal she seeks.
We combine body sculpting tone movements with bursts of cardio based movements to get your heart pumping and muscles burning. Our workouts are designed this way to allow you to burn the max amount of calories you can. You'll burn calories for up to 36 hours after your workout. All this is done in short periods to allow you to max out your efforts and reduce chances of overuse injuries.
